All classrooms reaching positions are co-taught except for our Visual Arts, Drama, PE, and Character Education. In some classes there are three teachers; an instructional associate, a general education teacher and a special education teacher. Otherwise, there is an instructional associate and a general education teacher in every class. We have a robust teaching staff because we value small group instruction as a way to ensure students have access to their learning. To support this work, we implement a Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) framework alongside a highly qualified Special Education Team that collaborate to meet the diverse academic, behavioral and social-emotional needs of our students.
